These folks do whatever it takes to make it right. My order got lost and i waited quite awhile. The manager came out, said he was refunding my money and upgraded my two mediums to two larges. I didn't need to complain or try to get refunded. Total respect for this establishment!

My son and I really like this Pizza Hut. Awhile back, I ordered a pizza & it was burnt. I brought it to the cashier’s attention. He did not get upset. He asked me what I wanted. He remade the pizza to my liking. He acted like he cared and wanted me to get the pizza I wanted. They have been perfect ever since. They now have a loyal customer. I will go out of my way to come to this Pizza Hut.

Ordered a large meat lovers pizza with cinnamon sticks and soda. They were ahead of the time they told me. The driver was polite and my pizza was hot and good . Service was great. Food was hot and early. Driver was polite and respectful. I recommend this Pizza Hut location if you are in the Lakewood area. I want to thank the store for taking care of us and for being a good location for pizza.
